What You'll Do

Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) Provide compassionate support in daily routines Follow individualized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior Engage residents in social and recreational activities Uphold dignity and ensure safety, comfort, and respect at all times

What You'll Need

Must be 18 years or older Active CNA certification in Colorado Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and a positive, compassionate attitude Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
