Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed Marital and Family Therapist We are looking for a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy to clients throughout Iowa. This role is well-suited for an LMFT who enjoys helping clients improve communication, manage family or relationship stress, and build healthier patterns in daily life. Sessions are completed remotely, with a steady Monday to Friday schedule and full benefits included.

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Assess client concerns and create treatment plans that are clear and realistic Help clients work through relationship strain, family conflict, emotional concerns, and behavioral patterns Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes in a timely manner Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in a remote setting Review client progress and update goals as needed Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LMFT license in Iowa Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable providing services through telehealth Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to bring your clinical skills into a stable remote role, we’d be glad to hear from you.
