• Job Details Location: Daytona Beach, FL Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide remote therapy services through a secure video platform Conduct intake sessions and assess client needs Work with clients on relational conflict, emotional regulation, stress, anxiety, depression, and family concerns Create individualized treatment plans and update them as care progresses Help clients build practical tools for communication, boundaries, coping, and relationship repair Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation Follow HIPAA requirements and telehealth best practices Monitor for clinical risk and take appropriate action when necessary Coordinate with support teams when client care requires follow-up Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Active Florida LMFT license required License must be current, unrestricted, and in good standing Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Ability to manage a remote caseload independently Reliable internet connection and private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT looking for a remote role where your clinical skills can support individuals, couples, and families, send your resume today and take the next step in your therapy career.
