Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist for a full-time remote role serving clients in Iowa. This position is focused on providing practical, high-quality therapy through telehealth for clients navigating relationship concerns, family dynamics, communication issues, and personal mental health challenges. The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment goals Provide support for clients facing conflict, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and major life changes Maintain clear and compliant client records Use evidence-informed therapy approaches based on client needs Manage a consistent caseload within a full-time schedule Protect client privacy and follow telehealth best practices Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active LMFT license in Iowa Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable providing services through telehealth Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to bring your clinical skills into a stable remote role, we’d be glad to hear from you.
