As a Locum NP/PA, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with endocrine disorders. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create treatment plans Perform routine examinations and necessary procedures Educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records Participate in patient follow-up and ongoing care Stay current with best practices and advances in endocrinology

Requirements

Active NP or PA license in the state of practice Knowledge of endocrine disorders and treatment options Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent organizational and time management abilities Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Basic proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

No call requirement

Duties

Routine endocrinology patients, follow-ups, possible gestational diabetes patients, and some telehealth coverage possible

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
