The Physical Therapist evaluates patient function and develops goal-specific treatment regimes in coordination with physicians. They are responsible for implementing interventions, educating patients and caregivers, and supervising support staff such as assistants and aides.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a valid PT license, along with BLS certification. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, handle stressful situations, and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
May be eligible for a $30,000 sign on bonus This position delegates responsibility to the Physical Therapist Assistant, Athletic Trainers and Aides. Activities of this position are patient focused and utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in accordance with physical therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies and procedures.
