About the Role: Seeking afternoon/ Nights 7p-7a (12 hours shifts)

Full time and part time available

Afternoon/ Night shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pine Creek Manor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and compassionate environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the daily care of residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to established healthcare protocols. You will collaborate closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Minimum Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of PSV.
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in IV therapy.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
