Provide care for convalescent, aged, infirm, or acutely ill patients within a home environment. Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to implement treatment and nursing procedures.
Must be authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Oklahoma and maintain annual CPR certification. Two years of medical-surgical experience is preferred.
Two years of medical-surgical experience preferred. May consider school attendance record and performance record. Some positions may require additional skills or credentials. Have a command of the English language; have knowledge of nursing procedures, treatment and techniques, and must know basic charting procedures. Must be CPR certified on an annual basis. Should have qualifications and abilities similar to those personnel providing comparable services in the hospital. Must have a functional home telephone. #ZR
