• Benefits for eligible positions only include: generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Associate Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and more What You Will Do Assure appropriate selection, dosing, administration and monitoring of medication orders under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Review, verify and enter physician orders into the patient medication profile. Manage medication therapy protocols as a part of physician-pharmacist-nurse team. Compound and dispense medications accurately for delivery to patient care areas. Provide medication information and education to medical staff and patients.
