The IOP Therapist manages day-to-day clinical operations, including assessments and various forms of therapy. Responsibilities also include curriculum development, treatment planning, and maintaining thorough clinical documentation.
A Master's degree in social work or clinical counseling and an active IA clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, or LPC) are required. Candidates should have 1-3 years of related working experience.
IOP Therapist- Behavioral Health- Part time 20-24 hours per week Horizon Health is seeking an IOP Therapist for our behavioral health program at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA. This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary.
