The nurse will conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed medications to patients in their homes. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and providing education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a current LPN license in Maryland and have at least one year of nursing experience. BLS certification and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes are also required or preferred.
