• Days/Week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 🩺 Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders Monitor patient condition and report any changes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Communicate effectively with family and care team G-tube Managment ✅ Qualifications
