Nurse Practitioner - Float

• Stamford Health, an award-winning Healthcare System with multiple locations across Fairfield County, CT, has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner in our Outpatient Float Pool.
• The Float APRN will be assigned to cover Walk In Center and Primary Care locations mostly in Stamford but also Wilton, Greenwich, and surrounding locations as needed.
• There is no specialty coverage required.
• This full-time APRN will coordinate the care of Walk In Center and Primary Care patients age 14 years and up, triaging patient phone calls and needs.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts vary based on location assigned. Primarily 10-hour and 12-hour shifts. 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month.
