The Primary Care Nurse assesses, directs, and coordinates patient care and procedures in an efficient and empathetic manner. They also serve as a patient advocate and health educator for patients and their families.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current New York Registered Nurse license. BLS certification is required within three months of hire, and a BS in Nursing is preferred.
