• HourlyThe following position is for employment with: Stopperich Oral Surgery 100 Wilhaven Rd #101, McMurray, PA 15317 As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgeons, caring for patients throughout their treatment journey, and helping ensure a seamless clinical experience. Work alongside experienced Oral Surgeons and clinical professionals Gain hands-on surgical experience in a specialty practice Support patients through life-changing procedures Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity for professional growth and development Competitive compensation and benefits package What You'll Do Surgical Assistance Assist surgeons during consultations and surgical procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment Monitor patients during procedures and assist with anesthesia monitoring Obtain vital signs and ensure patient readiness for treatment Patient Care Provide exceptional pre-operative and post-operative patient education Review treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed Obtain medical clearances and assist patients throughout their care journey Deliver a positive and compassionate patient experience Clinical Operations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and safety standards Produce quality radiographic images using proper techniques Maintain and sterilize instruments and equipment Team Collaboration Build positive relationships with patients, providers, and coworkers Communicate effectively in a professional and compassionate manner Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support practice operations Qualifications Required Basic CPR Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to patient-centered care Hepatitis B Vaccination and Titer TB Testing/Titer as required Preferred Dental Assisting Certification Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assisting experience Previous surgical or specialty dental experience ABOUT US ORAL SURGERY MANAGEMENT By joining US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM), you become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization made up of best-in-class Oral and Maxillofacial practices.
