The Behavioral Health Therapist provides direct patient care through bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plan development, and family therapy. They are responsible for case management, crisis intervention, and coordinating discharge planning within a multi-disciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health related field and be license eligible for LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC in Indiana. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health treatment is required.
Make a Difference The Behavioral Health Therapist Acute provides direct patient care through bio-psychosocial assessment, treatment plan development, conjoint/family therapy sessions focusing on safety and discharge planning; case management, collateral consultation and comprehensive referral services.
