The therapist is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments and developing realistic treatment plans for patients. They provide individual, group, and family therapies while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to manage patient progress.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in a recognized mental health field and possess LPC, LSW, or LCSW licensure. Two years of experience in a partial hospital setting is required.
