The LPN provides clinical interventions and medication administration for residents while ensuring smooth unit operations. Responsibilities include documenting resident care in EHR systems, coordinating with physicians, and leading Certified Nursing Assistants.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license in Virginia or a compact state and a current CPR certification. At least one year of nursing experience is required, specifically including experience in a long-term care facility.

The LPN provides nursing and clinical intervention and medication administration for assigned residents on a nursing unit and insures smooth operations of the unit for a designate shift. Administers medications for the unit(s) assigned in compliance with state regulations.
