The Hospice RN will provide compassionate, palliative nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, performing end-of-life care duties, and ensuring effective communication with families and team members.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Virginia and have at least 2 years of nursing experience. Current CPR certification and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records are also required.

The Hospice RN will carry out the hospice interdisciplinary plan of care by providing compassionate, palliative nursing care services. Communicate with interdisciplinary team members, and accurately document care provided. Provide clinical services in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and regulations that define scope of practice.
