The PreOp/PACU RN is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing nursing care services for post-surgical patients. This includes monitoring patients' vital signs and managing pain and nausea post-anesthesia.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current GA Nursing License and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Pre-Op/PACU is required, along with strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
