The Medical Scribe accompanies physicians during patient exams to accurately transcribe histories, physical exams, and encounters. They are responsible for documenting diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, prescriptions, and patient orders.
Candidates must possess strong knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to recognize the physical exam process and record exam details accurately is required.
