What You’ll Do: Direct physical therapy treatment and evaluate home environment.
Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status for the development of the total plan of care.
Provide patient, caregiver, and family education and counseling.

Here’s what we're looking for: Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in Oregon 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
