The role involves assessing mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy for individuals and groups. The therapist will also coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team and maintain timely clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program and a current Texas LMSW license. Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills are required, with specialized training in EMDR or somatic therapy being a plus.

The Role Setting: Primarily in-person with telehealth flexibility
You'll assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for individuals and groups. You'll coordinate care across our interdisciplinary team, support clients through grief, crisis, and life transitions, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Active participation in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development is part of how we grow together here.
