We're a collaborative group practice in The Woodlands offering psychiatry, psychological assessments, and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. The Role Setting: Primarily in-person with telehealth flexibility

You'll assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for individuals and groups. You'll coordinate care across our interdisciplinary team, support clients through grief, crisis, and life transitions, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Active participation in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development is part of how we grow together here.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field
