The APP provides clinical direction and day-to-day care for cardiac surgery patients to ensure continuity and safety. Responsibilities include performing physical assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, and executing invasive procedures.
Requires a current Maryland license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 3-5 years of experience. Candidates must hold BLS and ACLS certifications and have completed an approved NP or PA program.
Job Requirements Located in Largo in the heart of Prince George’s County, our new state-of-the-art regional medical center (UM Capital Region Medical Center) will provide improved access to primary and ambulatory care services, and serve as a tertiary care center for critically ill patients. In addition, our new space will allow us to expand our offerings as a community partner to help improve the health status of Prince George’s County residents.
Current Maryland license in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
