The role involves providing psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for patients across their lifespan. The practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a patient-centered medical home to deliver integrated behavioral health services.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Psychiatric Nursing, PMHNP or PNCP certification, and an active Montana APRN and DEA license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing or integrated behavioral health is preferred.

Graduate degree in Psychiatric Nursing Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or PNCP) Active Montana APRN license (or eligibility) Current DEA license with prescriptive authority Valid Montana driver's license
Preferred Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Experience in integrated behavioral health or primary care setting
Required Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria Experience with behavioral health screening tools and assessments Understanding of: Motivational interviewing Case management principles OSHA and HIPAA compliance Immunization standards Familiarity with community mental health resources Excellent clinical documentation and reporting skills
