Requires a high school diploma and a valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card. Previous experience in behavioral health and some college coursework in psychology or social work are strongly preferred.

Provide direct care and support to adults with mental health disorders in a residential or outpatient setting. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic activities. Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and any incidents. Support clients in daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred. Previous experience working in a behavioral health setting is strongly preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
