Come make a difference in the lives of adults with mental health disorders! We are looking to add dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a weekend-only position, ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to adults with mental health disorders in a residential or outpatient setting. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic activities. Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and any incidents. Support clients in daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred. Previous experience working in a behavioral health setting is strongly preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Must have AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
