Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and review client history, symptoms, and goals Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and progress Help clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and adjustment concerns Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and update care plans when needed Follow HIPAA, Indiana licensure requirements, and ethical counseling standards Identify risk concerns and follow appropriate clinical protocols Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing Previous experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services Comfortable delivering therapy in a remote setting Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and sound judgment 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an Indiana-licensed LMHC looking for a stable remote role where you can focus on quality client care, we would be glad to hear from you.
