The RN is responsible for administering care plans and ensuring patient health and wellness while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Key duties include supervising home care aides, documenting client conditions, and collaborating with physicians and case managers.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved professional nursing school and hold a current Registered Nurse license in the practicing state. A valid driver's license with independent transportation is required, and one or more years of home health experience is preferred.
The RN is responsible for administering the Care Plan and the patient/client’s health and wellness as indicated by the Care Plan. Assures compliance with nursing/clinical standards federal, state, and local government regulations, and company policies. This role will treat patients, when appropriate and as needed for Skilled Nursing Services
