The Occupational Therapist provides skilled therapy services, evaluates patients, and develops initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plans. They also supervise assistants and contribute to overall case management to enhance patient experiences at home.
Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver person-centered care.

Candidate MUST be a licensed Occupational Therapist.
