The nurse will triage patient calls, conduct patient visits, and perform tuck-ins. Additionally, they will handle patient admissions as needed on an on-call basis.
Candidates must hold a current Michigan RN license in good standing. One year of hospice experience is preferred but not required.

On Call Hospice Nurse - 7 on 7 off schedule
