• Qualifications: MD or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine. Completion of a US residency program Board Certification or eligibility in urology Fellowship training preferred WA physician license prior to start date Experience in EPIC or other EMR highly preferred. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
