The Patient Companion monitors patients and follows care instructions provided by nursing staff to ensure patient safety. Responsibilities include assisting patients with meals, bathing, and mobility while reporting changes in condition to the charge nurse.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Candidates must be able to comply with hospital safety measures and maintain patient confidentiality.
