The LPN is responsible for promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through nursing skills and meaningful relationships. Key duties include medication management, conducting assessments, and collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficiency in medication management, resident assessment, and a strong commitment to geriatric nursing are required.
