The Endocrinologist is responsible for providing assessment, evaluation, planning, and treatment aligned with evidence-based guidelines and performing at the highest professional standards of clinical practice in their specialty. This physician will collaborate with external referring physicians to ensure continuous care and assist patients with appropriate treatment and follow-up as clinically indicated.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. A minimum requirement includes an unrestricted Physician's license to practice medicine in California, a valid DEA license, and meeting all requirements for unrestricted clinical privileges at the CH Medical Staff.
