Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients in Kentucky. This role involves completing assessments, creating treatment plans, and supporting clients through secure telehealth sessions. You will help clients manage concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Job Details Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete client assessments and identify appropriate treatment goals Create and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship concerns Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate Follow HIPAA, state, federal, and ethical guidelines for remote mental health care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing Previous experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Experience with telehealth platforms preferred Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LCSW looking for a stable remote role where your clinical work stays at the center, we would be glad to review your application.
