Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients Complete mental health assessments and clinical intakes Create treatment plans that are clear, realistic, and client-specific Support clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, trauma, and grief Document progress notes and treatment updates Evaluate client progress and adjust clinical direction when appropriate Maintain client privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines Use good judgment when handling risk, referrals, or care concerns Stay current with professional and licensing standards Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active LMHC license in Florida Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, private practice, or telehealth setting Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning Comfortable working with clients through video-based care Ability to manage a caseload independently Reliable internet connection and a private workspace 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Start your next chapter in a remote LMHC role that gives you room to do focused clinical work from home.
