Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual therapy to clients across New Jersey. This position involves helping clients understand their concerns, build coping skills, and work toward healthier patterns through regular telehealth sessions. Job Details Location: New Jersey Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth Assess client needs, symptoms, and treatment goals Build individualized care plans Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and life challenges Maintain clear clinical records Follow confidentiality, HIPAA, and professional counseling standards Active New Jersey LPC license in good standing Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field Previous counseling or therapy experience Comfortable providing care through telehealth Strong documentation and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LPC looking for a steady remote role with meaningful client work, we welcome your application.
