The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to create and revise individualized plans of care. They provide direct therapy services to a diverse group of patients within an outpatient and assisted living facility setting.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and certification from national board associations are required.
