Provides direct patient care and IV management for terminally ill patients in their homes or skilled nursing facilities. Implements treatment plans and provides patient teaching under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid LPN license with IV certification. Experience in hospice, oncology, or home care is preferred but not required.
IV certified - Licensed Practical Nurse supporting our city or north St. Louis region. Cell phone, lap top and mileage reimbursement (IRS rate).
