POSITION OVERVIEW This outpatient oral surgery opportunity offers strong earning potential, schedule flexibility, and a specialist-driven clinical environment with built-in referrals. Providers will perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial procedures within a fully digital PPO-based practice supported by experienced surgical assistants.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery REQUIRED
• Active unrestricted Florida dental license REQUIRED
• Ability to perform full-scope oral surgery procedures REQUIRED
• Strong surgical and patient communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable working independently within specialist practice REQUIRED
