Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of Maryland. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or long-term care. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
