The Physical Therapist Assistant implements individualized treatment plans and provides therapy treatments to increase patient independence. They also collaborate with the rehabilitation team and maintain timely documentation for all treated customers.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program and hold or be eligible for state licensure. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to practice physical therapy per state guidelines.
