Occupational Therapist

Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) $80,000 – $85,000 per year | Flexible Schedule | Travel Between Homes

We’re looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy in patients’ homes. You’ll help improve independence, safety, and quality of life while working autonomously with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Provide OT services focused on ADLs/IADLs
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and safety
• Recommend and assess adaptive equipment and home modifications
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Requirements

• OT license and graduate of an accredited program
• 1+ year OT experience (home health preferred)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
