Salary
$18 - $20 / HOUR
Perform safe and professional blood draws and specimen collection for older adults with complex medical needs. Coordinate clinical services, manage appointments, and maintain clinic operations and supplies.
Requires a high school diploma, completion of an accredited phlebotomy program, and current CPR certification. One year of phlebotomy experience, particularly with geriatric populations, is preferred.

As a phlebotomist, you’ll provide safe, compassionate, and professional blood draws and specimen collection while coordinating clinical services for PACE participants. Your attention to detail and gentle approach will ensure accurate, timely lab results for older adults with complex medical needs, mobility challenges, and cognitive impairments. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting quality care and helping participants receive the services they need with comfort and dignity.
