The Resident Care Assistant provides essential daily care, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, and mealtime aid. They are also responsible for monitoring vital signs and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for residents.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Previous experience in a direct caregiving role and knowledge of EMAR systems are preferred but not required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred but not required. Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs. Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system preferred.
