Assists in preparing and submitting enrollment applications for healthcare providers and facilities with government and third-party payers. Maintains provider directories and CAQH accounts to ensure claims are not denied due to enrollment errors.
Requires proficiency in Google Workspace and strong attention to detail for managing complex enrollment tasks. Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and payer enrollment processes is preferred.

The Provider Enrollment Assistant assists the Enrollment Coordinator and Provider Enrollment Specialist in ensuring that all documents are on file and health care providers are properly enrolled with payers so that claims filed for payment are not denied due to enrollment-related errors or omissions.
