Manage a diverse patient panel by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via tele-health. Collaborate with clinical teams through daily huddles and weekly clinical rounds to deliver high-quality primary care.
Must be a nationally certified FNP or PA with a valid North Carolina state license. Requires at least 1-2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages.
