The therapist conducts biopsychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans while providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy. They also coordinate with the utilization review department for insurance authorizations and manage discharge planning and crisis safety plans.
A Master's degree in social work, mental health, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of healthcare or managed care experience. Preferred licensure includes LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LIASC, or LMFT, and a valid CPR card is required upon hire.

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health, or related degree required.
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting or managed care company with experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, utilization management, and/or case management.
